DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF PHILOLOGY STUDENTS BY MEANS OF ACTIVE LEARNING METHODS

The article deals with active learning methods used in the training of philologists to develop foreign language communicative competence. authors clarify term competence which is considered as a basic component professional philologists. It defined an ability based on system acquired knowledge and skills, well individual characteristics, qualities, values, ensures organization implementation interpersonal, intercultural communication different languages oral or written form, allows solve complex tasks practical problems. Dramatization performance original works fiction films are effective that promote development competence, mental abilities, emotional sphere students. application these by means interpretation literary enables them explore socio-cultural context, get acquainted linguistic markers social relations, folk wisdom, variety dialects accents, acquire positive experience. increases student educational motivation, removes psychological barriers language, helps master choose relevant speech patterns for better assimilation lexical grammatical structures, patterns, improve pronunciation, intonation. These allow students integrate skills abilities process creative activity, while simultaneously applying speaking meaningful context emotionally rich interaction.
